A second-generation DLP pico-projector prototype from Texas Instruments (TI) is thinner and smaller, which allows easier integration in many mobile devices such as cellular phones, digital cameras and portable media players, according to the company. The latest prototype is in the form factor of a slim cell phone, measuring in at around 10mm in thickness, with no fan or other moving parts, said TI.
